Biografia:
Alter Bridge é uma banda de Metal dos Estados Unidos, formada em 2004 a partir da separação da banda Creed. O nome faz referência a uma ponte na cidade natal do líder/guitarrista, Mark Tremonti, lugar que era sempre proibido de ir por sua mãe. Fazendo alusão então a ir além dos limites impostos, tomar um outro rumo.
Os integrantes do Creed, Mark Tremonti (guitarrista) e Scott Phillips (baterista), juntaram-se a seu antigo companheiro, o baixista Brian Marshall
