Biografia:
Cantor de Soul que chegou ao topo das paradas pop norte-americanas em 1974 com a canção "Show and Tell", e morreu no dia 21 de abril de 2008, uma segunda-feira, aos 68 anos.
Wilson não resistiu a uma insuficiência renal e morreu em um hospital em Fontana, cidade que fica aproximadamente a 80 km a leste de Los Angeles, disse o jornal Inland Valley Daily Bulletin.
Nascido no Mississippi, Wilson lançou sua primeira música, "The Snake", em 1968.
