Biografia:
Ahab é uma banda alemã de Funeral Doom Metal criada em 2004 pelos guitarristas da banda Midnattsol, Christian Hector e Daniel Droste e o ex-guitarrista da banda Endzeit, Stephan Adolph. A banda foi nomeada com o nome do Capitão Ahab, um personagem do famoso livro Moby Dick, de Herman Melville. Além disso, os temas e letras da banda também são inspirados pela estória - Algumas canções até contém citações diretas do livro.
