A.A. Bondy (nascido Arthur Auguste Bondy, também conhecido como Scott Bondy) é um folk americano / artista alternativo de Birmingham Alabama. Bondy ganhou fama com sua primeira banda Verbena . A banda se separou em 2003, depois que Bondy se mudou para sua casa nas montanhas Catskill, em Palenville Nova York. O álbum de estréia American Hearts (2007) foi produzido em uma granja perto de casa de Nova Iorque. O álbum mostrava uma mudança na direção musical de Bondy.
