Billy Ocean (Leslie Sebastian Charles, 21 de janeiro de 1950, Trindade e Tobago) premiado cantor e compositor pop dos anos 70 e 80.
Leslie Charles mudou-se para o Reino Unido aos 8 anos e foi lá que, em 1974, já com o nome artístico que conhecemos, gravou o seu primeiro single. O sucesso mundial chegou nos anos 80, com Caribbean Queen, uma canção que via o seu título modificado de acordo com o continente em que era editada. Por isso, foi "African Queen" e também "European Queen".
