Biografia:
Zee Avi, cujo nome verdadeiro é Izyan Alirahman, nasceu em 1986 em Miri Bornéu (Malásia). Ela gravava vídeos caseiros bem simples, dentro do quarto, lá na Malásia, e postava no YouTube sem contar para ninguém, usando o pseudonimo KokoKaina. De repente, eles começaram a bombar. A cada dia, o número de acessos ficava mais espantoso. Em 2008, ela foi contactada pela gravadora de Jack Johnson (Brushfire Records), onde gravou seu primeiro single.
