Ebba Tove Elsa Nilsson (nascida 29 de outubro de 1987), mais conhecida pelo nome artístico Tove Lo, é uma cantora e compositora de Estocolmo, Suécia. Ela ganhou reconhecimento por seu single de 2013, "Habits" e o sucesso tardio do remix da faixa "Stay High". pelo produtor de hip-hop, Hippie Sabotage.
