Thomas Edward "Thom" Yorke (nascido em 7 de outubro de 1968 em Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, Inglaterra), é o vocalista e compositor da banda britânica de rock alternativo Radiohead. Geralmente toca guitarra ou piano. Atualmente, vive em Oxford.
Nascido com o olho esquerdo paralisado, Thom Yorke submeteu-se a um total de cinco operações de correção nos seus primeiros cinco anos. A última cirurgia foi mal-sucedida e quase tirou toda a visão de seu olho esquerdo.
