Biografia:
The Explosion foi uma banda de pop punk fundada em Boston, Estados Unidos, criada em 1994. Uma de suas canções, "Here I Am" (Aqui estou eu) figurou na trilha sonora do jogo eletrônico Tony Hawk's Underground 2. A banda durou até 2007, sendo integrada pelo vocalista Matt Hock (atualmente na banda The Blind Spiders), os guitarristas David Walsh (atualmente na banda The Loved Ones) e Chris Gonzalez (atualmente toca baixo na banda The Loved Ones), O baixista Damian Genuardi (atualmente na banda Blonde Acid Cult) e o Baterista Andrew Black.
