Biografia:
Nascido em Newhaven, East Sussex, Inglaterra, no dia 18 de maio de 1954, sob o nome Eric Goulden, Wreckless Eric é um cantor e compositor que ficou conhecido pelo seu single "(I'd Go The) Whole Wide World" lançado em 1978 pela Stiff Records. Mais de duas décadas depois, esta canção foi incluida na lista dos melhores singles de punk rock de todos os tempo da revista Mojo.
Atualmente ele vive na França com sua esposa, a cantora e compositora Amy Rigby.
