We Are The Fallen é uma banda americana de rock composta pela ex-concorrente do American Idol, Carly Smithson, Marty O'Brien e os ex-membros do Evanescence, Ben Moody, John LeCompt e Rocky Gray. O nome da banda é uma alusão ao álbum do Evanescence de 2003, Fallen, o que resultou em críticas por seu som muito semelhante ao Evanescence.
