Biografia:
Watchtower é uma banda de thrash metal progressivo/técnico de Austin, Texas. Com influências de bandas de rock progressivo do final da década de 70 como o Rush e o UK, assim como de bandas da New Wave of British Heavy Metal, a banda inadvertidamente se tornou uma pioneira em um sub-gênero do Heavy Metal, o Metal Técnico. Mesmo nunca tendo alcançado o sucesso no mainstream, a banda já foi citada como influência por bandas como Dream Theater, Death, Atheist e Spiral Architect.
