Uriah Heep

Your Turn To Remember

por Uriah Heep
Uriah Heep

Biografia:

INTRO |----||F#m---|D----|F#m---|D--E--||A---|Bm---|D---|E----|

A E D
I was always the one who did the thinking'
A E D
it was me, I'm sorry I who made the plans
A E D
There was never a thought we might do somethin' be-tween us
F#M D
it's so clear I think I'm beginning to understand
F#m D
I was the one who had to lay it out and pay it out
F#m D E
I would work all night even though I wanted to play out and stay out
A Bm D E A
Now it's your turn to re-member and it's your turn to try to understand

But you never would, would you?
A E D
When the time came.. for stayin' together,
A E D
you refused to even talk about forever
A E D
It was easy telling me you love me
F#m D
and I was a little late in finding out the truth
F#m D
The rule of love was there you had to bend it
F#m D E
now the damage is done it's impossible to mend it I can't mend it

A Bm D E A A7
Now it's your turn..... to re-member, it's your turn to feel a little pain

D Dm A F#m
I feel a little better talkin' about her yet her mem-ory's not good for me
D Dm
The skies are not so grey now I've found a new tune to play now...
Bm E
it's a better song it'll be followin' on

A E D
Yet when the time came.... for stayin' together,
A E D
you refused to even talk about forever
A E D
It was easy telling me you love me
F#m D
and I was a little late in finding out the truth
F#m D
The rule of love was there you had to bend it
F#m D E
Now the damage is done it's impossible to mend it I can't mend it
Come on babe
A Bm D E A A7
Now it's your turn to re-member, it's your turn to feel a little pain

B G#m C#m E F# B
It's your turn to re-member, your turn to feel a little pain
repeat to fade out
