Biografia:
The Twilight Sad é um quarteto de Glasgow, Escócia, formado em 2003, por James Graham (vocalista), Andy MacFarlane (guitarra/acordeão/noise), Craig Orzel (baixo), e Mark Devine (bateria).
De início, a banda começou tocando por algumas noites no clube 13th Note, em Glasgow, e sua música era bastante experimental, tendendo para o post-rock. Após algumas apresentações, a banda ausentou-se dos palcos e passou a investir mais tempo na composição de novo material.
