Biografia:
The playing favorites es el tercer proyecto de Joey Cape (Lagwagon, Bad Astronaut). Tras la trágica desaparición de su gran amigo y batería de Bad Astronaut y Mad Caddies entre otros, Derrick Plourde, Cape acabó con el proyecto de Bad Astronaut, pero para dar salida a su creatividad innata se embarcó enseguida con The Playing Favorites, donde comparte las labores de vocalista.
