Biografia:
Em 1977, na cidade inglesa de Sheffield, dois jovens programadores de computadores, Martyn Ware e Ian Craig Marsh, resolveram montar uma banda, inspirados no Kraftwerk. Após alguns meses de economia, compraram um antigo teclado Korg e começaram a estudar o equipamento, já que não entendiam nada de música.
Assim, nasceram o The Dead Daughters, que ensaiaram para uma festa de 21 anos de um amigo. Nessa época, o cantor era Adi Newton. O grupo, aliás, havia mudado de nome: The Future. Mas o futuro deles continuava opaco...
