Biografia:
The Drums é uma banda americana de Brooklyn, Nova York, formada pelos membros decorrentes da banda Elkland (anteriormente Goat Explosion), que possuiu uma vida curta. A banda está atualmente na gravadora Moshi Moshi (UK) e Popfrenzy (AU).
Imediatamente após o fim de Elkland, o líder Jonny Pierce iniciou os The Drums com o antigo membro dos Goat Explosion, Jacob Graham dos Horse Shoes (Shelflife Records). "Let's Go Surfing" foi o single do EP de estréia da banda, "Summertime!".
