Biografia:
The Coathangers é uma banda americana de punk rock formada só por mulheres em Atlanta. A banda foi formada em 2006 como uma brincadeira. Após tocar em uma casa de show, elas foram convidadas a abrirem o show do The Hiss por sua performance. O nome foi escolhido por sua vulgaridade, uma tomada irreverente sobre abortos, embora todas as integrantes da banda sejam pró-escolha. Elas abriram para o Black Lips em Nova York.
