Biografia:
The Cinematics foi uma banda de rock alternativo de Glasgow, Escócia formada em 2003 por Scott Rinning (vocal e guitarra), Larry Reid (guitarra principal), Adam Goemans (baixo) e Ross Bonney (bateria). Em sua formação original, Ramsay Miller era o guitarrista principal.
A banda lançou dois álbuns. O primeiro, produzido por Simon Barnicott (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Editors e Kaiser Chiefs) e Stephen Hague (New Order, Blur e Pet Shop Boys), "A Strange Education", em março de 2007. E "Love And Terror", em setembro de 2009.
