Biografia:
Arte é sempre uma resposta a alguma coisa que é sentida no interior. Para The Advice, a resposta vem na forma de blues, soul e música pop de corações que ficaram agarrados a sua fé cristã. Os irmãos Matt e Jared Houston formaram a banda com o bom amigo e baixista Jeff Madden, enquanto ainda estavam no colegial. Como muitas bandas que estão apenas começando, The Advice passou seus fins de semana praticando no porão da casa de seus pais para shows em cafés e igrejas locais em torno de sua cidade natal de Greenville, Carolina do Sul.
