Biografia:
Os Adicts começaram ainda em 1976, com o nome Afterbirth & The Pinz. O vocalista, Monkey (Keith Warren), ainda com 15 anos. Eles se formaram na vila de Ipswich, em Suffolk, Inglaterra. A banda foi influenciada desde o início pelo visual droog do clássico filme Laranja Mecânica, e o som influenciado pelos grandes nomes dos anos 60, mas principalmente pelos Ramones. Eles regravaram o hit I Wanna Be Sedated ainda no seu terceiro disco, sendo a primeira banda a regravar uma música dos Ramones.
