Biografia:
Teenage Fanclub é uma das mais cultuadas bandas de um gênero que ficou conhecido como power pop, que teve seu maior expoente na banda Big Star de Alex Chilton nos anos 70. As influências do grupo não se limita ao Big Star, mas também em bandas como The Byrds, Beatles, Beach Boys e Neil Young, resultando num som densamente melódico, de músicas singelas e acessíveis. No entanto, até hoje encontram resistência do grande público que mantém a banda num certo anonimato.
