Biografia:
Patent Pending é uma banda de ska/pop punk de Mt. Sinai, Nova Iorque formada em 2001. Eles já tocaram com várias bandas, incluindo Taking Back Sunday, Motion City Soundtrack, Cobra Starship, Gym Class Heroes, Catch 22 e Family Force 5. Já lançaram 4 albúns e 4 EP's, sendo o último lançamento em 2009 (Attack of the Awesome).
