[Verse 1]
D A
Would you like to learn to dance?
G Bm
Well I can show you that
G A D
Gotta book here with all you need to know
F# Bm A G
We can draw the Arthur Murray patterns right here on the floor
C G D
And all ya have to do is follow
F# Bm
And then we'll dance around the room a while
G A D
You can lead now if you want to, I don't mind
F# Bm A G
Nothin' I wouldn't do to see a smile
C G D
Go dancin' 'cross your face in perfect time
C G D
Dancin' 'cross your face in perfect time

[Verse 2]
D A
Would you like to learn to sing?
G Bm
I can teach you that
G A D
Here's an old song that's good for the start
F# Bm A G
You can sing all the high parts if you really try
C G D
And I'll play along the tune on my guitar
F# Bm
And then we'll sing together for a little while
G A D
Let the harmony go ringin' in your mind
F# Bm A G
And you sing so much better when, when you sing with a smile
C G D
All the notes come out so sweet and high
C G D
All the notes come out so sweet and high

[Verse 3]
D A
Would you like to learn to love?
G Bm
Well, that's somethin' else again
G A D
I can show you how to sing and smile and dance
F# Bm A G
Oh I have no keys to open your heart
C G D
And no way that I could make you take the chance
F# Bm
And so we'll dance around the room again
G A D
And we'll sing a tune or two to pass the time
F# Bm A G
And smile a lot and if you really want to
C G D
We can try a little lovin', I don't mind
C G D
Try a little lovin', I don't mind, I don't mind
