Biografia:
Semisonic é uma banda americana de rock alternativo formada em Minneapolis, Minnesota em 1995. A banda é formada por Dan Wilson (lead vocals, guitar), John Munson (bass guitar, backing vocals, keyboard), e Jacob Slichter (drums, percussion, keyboard). São conhecidos por seus singles "Closing Time", "Singing in My Sleep" e "Secret Smile" no final dos anos 1990.
Depois que a banda Trip Shakespeare acabou, Dan Wilson e John Munson se juntaram com o baterista Jacob Slichter para formar o Semisonic em 1995.
