A sua voz desde cedo ficou ligada a temas como "Not An Addict", "Believe" ou "Almost Happy". A belga Sarah Bettens foi a líder e vocalista dos conhecidos K's Choice, banda que passou várias vezes por Portugal (principalmente festivais) e vendeu milhares de discos no nosso país.
Terminada a bem sucedida aventura com a banda, Sarah decidiu seguir carreira a solo, com a edição de "Scream", o seu primeiro álbum a solo. Este é um projecto pensado há muito tempo
