Joseph Armand Roch Voisine, ou mais conhecido como Roch Voisine (26 de março de 1963, Saint-Basile, New Brunswick), é um renomado cantor, compositor, ator e locutor canadense. Ele interpreta suas músicas em Inglês e Francês. Ganhou o Juno Award por Vocalista do Ano, em 1994. Em 1997 ganhou uma nomeação canadense, como cidadão honroso.
