Biografia:
Rivers Cuomo (nasceu em 13 de junho de 1970) é o cantor, compositor e guitarrista da banda Weezer. Ele nasceu no hospital da cidade de Nova York.
Cuomo formou a banda de metal progressivo conhecida como Avant Garde e tocou em varios shows em Connecticut. Ele se mudou para Los Angeles em Março de 1989; a Avant Garde mudou o seu nome para Zoom, que acabou em 1990. Depois de uma série de projetos musicais em Los Angeles, Cuomo formou a banda Weezer em 14 de fevereiro de 1992 com os companheiros de banda Pat Wilson
