Com origem em Los Angeles - Califórnia, formada por Jay Buchanan (Vocal), Scott Holiday (Guitarra), Robin Everhart (Baixo), Miley (Bateria).
Considerado por muitos – inclusive pelo jornal The Guardian, um dos mais respeitados da Inglaterra – como adepto do estilo blues rock retrô, o quarteto do Rival Sons possui fortes influências de ídolos como Led Zepellin, The Animals e Jeff Beck.
