Biografia:
Richie Kotzen teve o seu primeiro contato com a música aos 5 anos a tocar piano. Com 7 anos de idade, sente-se influenciado pela banda de Nova York, Kiss, e acaba por aprender a tocar guitarra. aos 12, formou sua primeira banda, chamada Exis. A partir de então, passou a realizar vários shows na Pensilvânia e em Nova Jersey, ao passo que terminava o ensino médio. A sua actividade musical manteve-se em alta durante toda a sua adolescência, realizando cerca de 500 concertos aos 17 anos de idade.
