Herne, Alemanha: (1984 - ainda ativa)
O time alemão de heavy metal, Rage, originalmente se formou no começo dos anos 80, e apesar do grupo lançar álbuns numa base regular, o líder vocalista/baixista Peter “Peavy” Wagner é o único membro original ainda de plantão. Primeiramente conhecido como Avenger em 1984, o grupo lançou um par de álbuns (“Prayer Of Steel” e “Depraved To Black”) antes de trocar o nome para Rage, para evitar confusão com uma banda britânica com aquele nome.
