Robert Sylvester Kelly (Chicago, Illinois, 8 de janeiro de 1967) é um cantor, compositor e produtor musical americano conhecido internacionalmente pela designação artística "R. Kelly". Conquistou sucesso como líder vocal do grupo "Public Announcement" em 1992. No final dos Anos 90 lançou o álbum de maior vendagem da carreira, "R." (1998), que contém canções como "I'm Your Angel", com a participação de Celine Dion, "If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time" e "I Believe I Can Fly".
