Biografia:
Peter John Murphy (nasceu em 11 de Julho de 1957, perto de Nothampton, Inglaterra, criado em Wellingborough Inglaterra) é vocalista da banda de rock gótico Bauhaus, e também tem um grande percurso a solo com vários êxitos. Peter Murphy é casado com Beyhan e tem dois filhos Hurihan e Adem. Sua esposa dirigiu vários vídeos e é líder da Companhia Turca Nacional de Dança Moderna. Mais conhecido como mítico líder dos Bauhaus, banda post punk de enorme sucesso no início dos anos 80
