Biografia:
The Pernice Brothers es una banda indie rock estadounidense formada por Joe Pernice en 1996, luego de que terminara con su antigua banda, The Scud Mountain Boys. Incluyendo a su hermanno Bob Pernice (por eso The Pernice Brothers) la banda grabó su primer album “Overcome by Happiness” para Sub Pop en 1998.
Después de un período de tres años, en el que Joe hizo algunos trabajos bajo su propio nombre, la banda volvió en 2001 con “The World Won’t End” para su propio sello discográfico, Ashmont Records.
