Biografia:
La cantante de country neo-tradicional Patty Loveless nace Patty Lee Ramey en enero de 1957 en Pikeville, Kentucky. Tras trabajar en los 70 en distintas bandas como cantante, cambia su primer apellido de casada, Lovelace, por el de Loveless. Su segundo álbum en solitario, "If My Heart Had Windows", de 1988, es un primer paso a su lanzamiento con "Honky Tonk Angel". Uno de sus muchos éxitos del Top 10 es el famoso "Don't Toss Us Away".
