Biografia:
Nine Pound Hammer é uma banda americana formada cowpunk em 1985 pelo vocalista e guitarrista Scott Luallen Blaine Cartwright (depois de Nashville Pussy) em sua cidade natal de Owensboro, Kentucky. Embora não seja registrado até 1988, a banda foi uma das primeira vaga de actos de combinar o som de raízes da música country com punk rock, e se tornou um dos artistas subseqüentes foreruner raízes punk.
