Biografia:
MONKEY MAJIK é uma banda formada em Sendai, Japão no ano 2000. A banda consiste em dois irmãos canadenses, Maynard e Blaise Plant, e dois membros japoneses, o baterista Takuya "Tax" Kikuchi e o baixista Hideki "DICK". As músicas da banda podem ser consideradas um energético pop-rock com letras ambas em japones e inglês. Um dos irmãos Plant, Maynard (blanc.), foi morar no Japão em 1997 trabalhando de professor de inglês, e fala japonês fluentemente.
