M83 é um grupo de música eletrônica. Formado em Antibes, na França, M83 foi formado em 2001 por Nicholas Fromageau e Anthony Gonzalez. Com três álbuns lançados, M83 atingiu uma certa popularidade nos Estados Unidos, onde é publicada sob o selo Mute Records, associado à EMI.
A música de M83 ocupa um espaço entre o shoegazing e o post rock. As composições, principalmente do segundo disco, Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts, foram elogiadas pela crítica
