Lucie Silvas é o nome artístico de Lucie Joanne Silverman (Londres, 4 de Setembro de 1977) é uma cantora e compositora britânica.
Lucie nasceu no seio de uma família judaica liberal em Kingston-upon-Thames, Londres. Seus pais eram grandes amantes de música, tendo Lucie afirmado que a sua mãe Isabella, uma cantora de ópera, a inspirou na sua carreira.
Lucie viveu em Londres até aos dois anos de idade, mudando-se para Auckland, na Nova Zelândia, uma vez que o seu pai encontrou uma casa à venda, ao lado de um campo de golfe.
