Biografia:
Depois de ser expulso do Dinosaur jr. Lou se dedicou a seus projetos: Sebadoh, Sentridoh, The folk Implosion e recetemente a carreira solo.
Em 1990 ele lançou o primeiro álbum com o Sebadoh(Freed Weed) que na verdade era só um monte de músicas gravadas na casa de Lou, o sebadoh tem a sonoridade que chamam de Lo fi, pelo fato de muitas músicas da banda não serem bem produzidas, principalmente nos primeiros álbuns que a maioria das músicas são de gravação caseira.
