Leela James é uma pequena grande cantora natural de Los Angeles, California. Ela surpreendeu todo o universo Soul com o seu álbum de estreia, “A Change Is Gonna Come”. Funk, Soul e Gospel são os principais ingredientes desta obra de arte.
Para a produção deste álbum a cantora contou com ajudas de peso, pois entre a lista de produtores surgem nomes como Kanye West, Raphael Saadiq e James Poyser. Mas nem só de boa produção vive o álbum.
