LaVern Baker (11/11/1929 – 10/03/1997) foi uma cantora americana de rhythm and blues, a qual teve grande sucesso de vendas nos tablóides durante os anos 1950 e começo dos 1960. Seus discos de mais sucesso foram "Tweedlee Dee" (1955), "Jim Dandy" (1956), e "I Cried a Tear" (1958).
Nascida Delores LaVern Baker em Chicago, Illinois. Ela ocasionalmente é chamada de Delores Williams por causa de seu casamento muito jovem com Eugene Williams; no final dos anos 1940 elas foi identificada nos arquivos da gravadora Victor record como "D.
