Lacuna Coil é uma banda de Gothic Metal formada em Milão, Itália, em 1996. Outros nomes da banda, antes de chegar ao atual, foram Sleep of Right e Ethereal. Seus membros são conhecidos musicalmente por compor canções que consistem em linhas de guitarra entrelaçadas com o teclado, criando traços de musica eletrônica, contrastando com vocal feminino e masculino.
