Ellen Muriel Deason, conhecido profissionalmente como Kitty Wells (nascido em 30 de agosto de 1919) é uma cantora americana de música country. 1952 ela bateu a gravação, "Não foi Deus Quem Fez Honky conte Angels", fez dela a primeira mulher cantora país para cima os E.U. país gráficos, e transformou-a na primeira mulher estrela país. Top 10 acessos ela continuou até meados dos anos 1960, inspirando uma longa lista de cantores futuro feminino país para chegar à fama na década de 1960.
