Nascida em 25 de março de 1984, na cidade de Los Angeles, California, Katharine é uma cantora norte-americana. Revelada pelo American Idol, ficou no 2º lugar de sua edição. Seu 1º CD, lançado no dia 30/01/2007 e rotulado com o estilo de Pop/R&B, foi certificado com o Ouro pelas 500 mil cópias distribuídas nas lojas.
Ela não é só "mais um rostinho perfeito" no mundo da música. Dona de uma voz digna de todos os bons adjetivos possíveis, Katharine McPhee também encanta com sua personalidade.
