Biografia:
Kate Rusby es una cantante folk del norte de Inglaterra, con un estilo que es fácil identificar sencillamente como "celta" debido a la participación en sus discos de artistas como Michael McGoldrick, flautista irlandés. Sin necesidad de encasillarla demasiado, lo más característico del estilo de Rusby es su estilo al tocar la guitarra, instrumento nada "celta" y que la coloca en una larga tradición folk.
