I might as well just lay down and die

[Instrumental]
D G D C D G D F C D

Solid as a tombstone, silent as a grave

I'm draggin' the river of our love

[Chorus]
G F D
There's thunder and lightning and a storm in my soul
F G D
I'm broken down and I'm fixing to cry

Draggin' the river of our love

I'm draggin' the river of our love
