Julian Plenti é o pseudônimo de Paul Banks, vocalista do Interpol, em seu projeto solo chamado Skyscraper.
Paul Julian Banks (Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, Inglaterra, 3 de maio de 1978) é o cantor, letrista e guitarrista da banda de Nova York Interpol. Durante sua infância morou em vários países, tendo feito a high school no México e se formado em Inglês na Universidade de Nova York. A decisão de ser músico surgiu quando Paul tinha 15 anos e suas influências vieram de bandas como: Nirvana, Pixies, Neil Young e Janes Addiction.
