Jordan Lynne Pruitt nasceu dia 19 de Maio de 1991, em Loganville, Georgia. Foi descoberta quando ela tinha 13 anos de idade por um produtor de Franklin, Tennessee. Pouco tempo depois, ela se mudou para Franklin, Tennessee. Sua primeira canção, "Outside Looking In", foi apresentado no Disney Channel Orginal Movie, Read It and Weep, e também apresentado no album Girl Next. Ela interpretou o hit Sleadge Sledge "We Are Family" para o filme Air Buddies
