Biografia:
Nascidas em Cuba, criadas em Paris, Ibeyi é o duo das irmãs gêmeas Lisa-Kaïndé (vocal, piano) e Naomi (back vocals, percussão)
Cantando em francês, inglês e yoruba, Ibeyi tem como suas influências principalmente Nina Simone, Meshell Ndegeocello, James Blake e seu pai, o aclamado percussionista de jazz cubano, Angá Diaz.
A amplitude vocal de Ibeyi ondula entre rouco e aparentando raiva a sonoro e divino, é ideal para a paleta sonora que se revela no sentimento fantasmagórico das litúrgicas canções Yoruba.
